No, all our products require some time to either heating up or cooking. There are many items that are fully cooked, but you still need to reheat them for consumption.

No, but we strongly encourage you to join our Meat Deluxe Club, so you can receive our upcoming sales and promotions.

Yes, you will need to contact us via phone(718.550.7978) or email(orders@meatdeluxe.com) to cancel or make any changes. Please have your order number available and do so as soon as possible. Once the order is approved at our end it cannot be modified.

We will try to communicate with you via info provided and make proper adjustments. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship quantity and products that are available in stock.

You will be able to track your order thru our integrated tracking application in your member profile or on your mobile device.

We offer free deliveries for orders $59 and over. All others will have a $20 delivery fee added to the total.

Most certainly, just please make sure the delivery zip code falls within our range. At checkout, you can specify a different delivery address. This is helpful if you want to order groceries for a parent, or friend. They do need to be aware of the incoming delivery to accept it.
