Our story started more than 20 years ago from a small butcher shop, Imperial Meat Market based in Brooklyn, NY. With time we earned the trust of our customers and became the go-to spot in the local area. With raving reviews and exceptional feedback, we were honored to serve the neighborhood. Over the years we built a strong reputation by putting in hard work and passion. The goal was simply to deliver the most premium and fresh meats, and customer's satisfaction was our priority. We carefully chose our meats, and our decision was based on many factors such as quality, flavor, and breed, as well as how animals were fed. 

A few years later, “butcher guy” launched an award-winning Steak Restaurant in Long Island which is now a hot spot in Huntington village. IMC restaurant is the gold standard in gourmet foods and received a Five-Star Diamond Award multiple times.
